SHRIMP STIR FRY


1/2 lb. Prawns, peeled and de-veined
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Water
16 oz. Stir Fry Vegetables
1 1/2 7 oz. Package Yakisoba Noodles
1/2 Cup Yoshida's Stir Fry Sauce


1. In a large skillet, sauté prawns in olive oil over high heat until thoroughly cooked.
2. Add 1/3 cup water to skillet and add stir-fry vegetables. Cover pan and allow vegetables and prawns to steam for 5 minutes.
3. While the vegetables and prawns are steaming, open the package of yakisoba noodles and put in colander. Rinse noodles with hot water in sink until loosened.
4. Remove cover and add Yoshida's Stir Fry Sauce and yakisoba noodles to pan. Cook uncovered over high heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly to coat ingredients with sauce.
