| BEEF BROCCOLI |

1 lb. Top Roundsteak , Sliced
1 1/2 lbs. broccoli, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
1 1/2 Tsp. cornstarch
5 Tbsp. Yoshida's Stir Fry Sauce, divided
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/8 Tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. oil |

1. Mix beef with cornstarch, 1 Tbsp. Of Yoshida's Stir Fry Sauce, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a wok over medium high heat. Add beef mixture and stir fry until done. Set aside.
3. Stir fry broccoli and add the remaining stir fry sauce; cook over medium heat until tender.
4. Turn heat to high and mix beef with broccoli stir fry quickly for one minute. |
