| CHICKEN STIR FRY |

1/2 cup Yoshida's Gourmet Sauce
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/3 cup water
4 cups Stir-Fry Vegetables
1-7 ounce package yakisoba noodles |

1. Marinate chicken pieces in 1/2 cup of Yoshida's Gourmet Sauce for 30 minutes to one hour (reserve marinade).
2. In a large skillet, sauté chicken pieces in olive oil over high heat until thoroughly cooked.
3. Add 1/3-cup water to skillet and add Stir-Fry Vegetables. Cover pan and allow vegetables and chicken to steam for 5 minutes.
4. While the vegetables and chicken are steaming, open the package of yakisoba noodles and put into colander. Rinse noodles with hot water in sink until loosened.
5. Remove cover and add reserved Yoshida's Gourmet Sauce and yakisoba noodles to pan. Cook uncovered over high heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly to coat ingredients with sauce.
6. Serve hot with rice, chow mein noodles, or chopped green onions. |
