BEEF STROGANOFF


3 Tbsp. Butter
1 1/2 inch Round Steak, Cut in strips
2 Cups halved mushrooms
1 Medium onion, diced
2 Tbsp. Flour
1 Cup Sour Cream
3 Ounces Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 Cup Yoshida's Gourmet Sauce
8 Ounce package Egg Noodles, cooked


1. In a medium sized skilled, cook meat in butter over medium high heat until lightly browned on all sides, about 3-5 minutes.
2. Add mushrooms and onions and continue to cook until the vegetables are browned, about 3-5 minutes.
3. Sprinkle flour over mixture and stir to coat well.
4. Add sour cream, cream cheese, and Yoshida's Gourmet Sauce to meat mixture. Reduce heat and cook until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
5. Serve hot over noodles.
