| SAUSAGE & POTATO CASSEROLE |

1 pound ground pork
1/2 cup Yoshida's Spicy Wing & Rib Sauce
3 Tbsp. Flour
1 1/2 Cups Whole Milk
1 pound frozen shredded hashbrowns
4 green onions, finely chopped
1 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese |

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter an 8 x10 inch baking dish.
2. Cook pork in a skillet over medium-high heat until brown.
3. Add Yoshida's Spicy Wing & Rib Sauce; stir well.
4. Sprinkle flour into the pork mixture, then add the milk. Cook until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil, stirring well.
5. Arrange potatoes in the bottom of the baking dish. Top the potatoes in this order; 1 Cup cheese, 1/2 of the green onions, sausage mixture, and remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
6. Bake casserole until the potatoes are tender, about 45 minutes. Sprinkle with the reserved green onions and serve. |
